Straight answers
Do you take a share of the rake?
No. You buy Dealer Hours, and that is the whole price. What your game rakes, pays back or extends on credit is your club's business.
Whose chips are on the table?
Yours. Club Chips live on your club's own ledger. You set their value, you issue them to members, you collect. RAIZE never holds the money and never sees the settlement.
What is a Dealer Hour exactly?
One live studio table, one RAIZE dealer, sixty minutes. Any game we deal, any stakes you set, up to eight seats. It is the same whether two players sit or eight.
Can I pick the dealer?
Yes. Each booking names a dealer from the studio's roster. The studio may substitute on the day if someone is unwell, and you will see it before the table opens.
What if the game runs long?
Extend an hour at a time from your balance while players are seated. If your balance is empty, buy another bundle without leaving the table.
Do hours expire?
Thirty days from purchase. Cancel a booking up to two hours before the start and the hours go back on your balance.
